Susan Storm, also known as the Invisible Woman, is a pivotal member of the FantasticFour. She first appeared in FantasticFour #1 (November 1961).

Gaining her powers during an encounter with cosmic rays while traveling in space with her brother Johnny Storm (the Human Torch), boyfriend Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), and pilot Ben Grimm (The Thing), Susan possesses the ability to render herself and other objects invisible. She later developed the power to generate force fields, initially invisible shields used defensively.

Often depicted as the emotional anchor of the FantasticFour, Susan is a formidable and intelligent hero, balancing her superhero duties with her personal life as a wife to Reed Richards and mother to Franklin and Valeria Richards. Her powers and strategic thinking are essential to the team's success in countless battles against a diverse array of villains.
